Establishment History:
- Faced with the increasing need for investment capital for technical infrastructure development projects in Ho Chi Minh City, while State budget capital and credit capital sources are still limited, in December 2001, Ho Chi Minh City Technical Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) was established as a private capital. is a financial investment organization, operating under the model of a public joint stock company. The establishment of CII has contributed to implementing the State's policy of socializing investment in infrastructure development, through forming a channel to mobilize medium and long-term capital from financial institutions, as well as idle capital from the people and other economic sectors.
- On May 18, 2006, CII listed 30 million shares for the first time on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE).
- On September 15, 2006, CII successfully issued 131.5 billion VND convertible bonds, term of 03 years, interest rate 8%/year, conversion rate 1:76 (1 bond converted into 76 shares).
- On January 24, 2007, the above volume of convertible bonds was listed on HOSE with stock code BCI40106
- In January 2011, the Company completed the private issuance of 25 million USD in convertible bonds to investors managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management and 71.079 billion in convertible bonds to the Ho Chi Minh City State Financial Investment Company (HFIC).
- In April 2011, the Company completed the private issuance of 15 million USD of convertible bonds to investors managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Manager.
- In April 2013, the Company completed the private issuance of VND 1,000 billion in corporate bonds to invest in the San Gon 2 Bridge project.
- In February 2014, the Company completed the private issuance of VND 650 billion in corporate bonds to increase the scale of operating capital and restructure the company's debt.
