- Industrial Production and Construction Joint Stock Company (C1PC) was formerly the construction teams of the Thai Nguyen Iron and Steel Complex, and was officially established on June 4, 1959, named Industrial Construction Company under the Ministry of Heavy Industry (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade).
- On May 20, 1993, according to Decision No. 250/QD/TCNSĐT of the Minister of Heavy Industry, it was decided to re-establish and change the Company's name to Construction Company II, and was allowed to locate its headquarters in Trung Thanh Ward - Thai Nguyen City - Thai Nguyen Province.
- On July 30, 1996, in Decision No. 2121/QD-TCCB of the Minister of Heavy Industry, the company was renamed Industrial Production and Construction Company.
- Decision No. 2314/QD-TCCB dated August 8, 2000 of the Minister of Industry on moving the headquarters of the Construction and Industrial Production Company from Trung Thanh Ward, Thai Nguyen City, Thai Nguyen Province to the new location: House No. 275 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.
- In 2005, implementing the policy and roadmap for equitization of state-owned enterprises, according to Decision No. 2980/QD-BCN dated September 22, 2005 and Decision No. 28I/QD-BCN dated February 13, 2006 of the Minister of Industry on approving the equitization plan and converting the Industrial Production and Construction Company into the Industrial Production and Construction Joint Stock Company (written name). abbreviation: CIPC). The company officially operated as a joint stock company from March 31, 2006 with a charter capital of 24,450,000,000 VND.
- Currently, the Company operates under Business Registration Certificate No. 0101058736, issued by the Hanoi Department of Investment for the first time on March 31, 2006 and changed for the 10th time on June 4, 2016 with a charter capital of 45,450,000,000 VND.
