Establishment History:
- Central Electromechanical Joint Stock Company, formerly known as the Electromechanical Repair Enterprise of Electricity Company 3, was established under Decision No. 207/NL/TCCB dated April 22, 1987 of the Ministry of Energy
- On October 19, 1991, the Ministry of Energy issued Decision No. 531/NL/TCCB-LD, separating the department performing the tasks of testing and calibrating electrical equipment and components. Established Mechanical and Electrical Enterprise, directly under Electricity Company 3.
- On June 30, 1993, the Electromechanical Enterprise was re-established according to Decision No. 560 NL/TCCB-LD of the Ministry of Energy withBusiness Sectors: Repair, process and renovate specialized electrical equipment; Construction and installation of medium and low voltage power lines and stations.
- On October 6, 2005, the Ministry of Industry issued decision No. 3146/QD-BCN on approving the plan and converting the Mechanical and Electrical Enterprise into a joint stock company. section.
- January 18, 2006 Electromechanical Joint Stock Company 3 was renamed Central Electromechanical Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 391/BCN-TCCB of the Ministry Industrial and officially operates under the Joint Stock Company model according to Business Registration Certificate No. 3203000887 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Da Nang City for the first time on February 3, 2006. Central Electromechanical Joint Stock Company is currently a member enterprise of Vietnam Electricity Corporation.
- On November 20, 2006, the Company's shares were officially listed at the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
