- 120 Mechanical Joint Stock Company (Formerly 120 Mechanical Company) was established in July 1947, is a state-owned enterprise, a member unit of the Transport Mechanical Corporation, now renamed Vietnam Automobile Industry Corporation - Ministry of Transport - according to Decision No. 3346/QD - BGTVT on establishing a state-owned enterprise dated November 4, 2004. 120 Mechanical Joint Stock Company has been recognized as a Class I Enterprise according to Decision No. 1906/QD-BGTVT dated June 27, 2004 issued by the Ministry of Transport on: "Enterprise Ranking".
- Since its establishment, 120 Mechanical Joint Stock Company has always taken steel structure products as the main production and business field of the Company. Besides the field of manufacturing hot-dip galvanized steel structures, the Company also develops in the field of Motorcycle Repair, construction of traffic works, and civil works.
- With the help of Vietnam Automobile Industry Corporation from 1997 to 2004, the factory invested in building 02 steel structure factories with a capacity of 10,000 tons/year. The company has invested in building a hot-dip galvanizing factory for steel structure products using oil spray technology, equipment systems, and factories on an area of 20,000 m2. The Company's staff is also increasingly growing in both quantity and experience.
- Through the process of operation and development, the Company has achieved many achievements such as: Second-class Labor Medal, Certificate of Merit for meeting the standards of a strong and clean Party organization, Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Transport for the 30m span steel bridge girder product and HL 125 national broadcast mast product, ISO 9001:2008 Certificate...
