Formation history:

COTECLAND Company was established from Coterraz Factory, Real Estate Business Center and two Construction Enterprises, is one of the units under the Construction Engineering and Construction Materials Company (COTEC), today's COTECGROUP, equitized according to Decision No. 2013/QD-BXD dated December 17, 2004 of the Minister of Construction.
After the equitization decision of the Minister of Construction, the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City issued business registration certificate No. 4103003080 on January 28, 2005.
In 2005, the Company was equitized from factories, enterprises, and centers of CotecGroup with a charter capital of 10.7 billion VND.
In 2007, issued shares to existing shareholders, increasing charter capital to 21.7 billion.
In 2009, Promoted real estate business activities with many diverse product lines (apartments, land plots, townhouses, office buildings...)
In 2010, issued shares to existing shareholders, increasing charter capital to 100 billion.
In 2011, CotecLand participated in strong capital investment in the field of construction and resort real estate investment.
In 2012, the Company increased its charter capital to 200 billion VND
In 2013, Improving the capacity of general contractors to construct civil works and hospitals.
In 2014, it is expected to increase charter capital to 400 billion VND.
