- In which: COLUSA Food Processing Enterprise was established in 1972 with the name "SAFOCO Instant Noodle Processing and Production Company - Saigon Food", after the liberation of the South, the company was assigned to Ho Chi Minh City Food Company under the Southern Food Corporation to manage with the name COLUSA Food Processing Enterprise.
- Miliket Food Factory in 1995 was merged from two stores Thu Duc Food and District 5 Food (since 1985) into Miliket Food Factory.
- In April 2004, to carry out equitization, Southern Food Corporation merged Colusa Food Processing Enterprise and Miliket Food Enterprise into one and unified the name "COLUSA - MILIKET Food Processing Enterprise".
- And from April 13, 2006, it was transformed into COLUSA – MIIKET Food Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 1078/QD/ BNN-DMDN dated by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on converting COLUSA – MIIKET Enterprise (a dependent accounting unit of a state-owned enterprise) into a joint stock company.
