Timeline of Establishment & Development
- Period 1979 - 1994:
The company was established on April 16, 1979, formerly known as the Research Institute for Mechanization and Construction Technology, whose main function is to conduct scientific and technical research on mechanization and construction technology and manage the field of mechanization and construction technology of the industry. In 1985, the Institute was renamed the Institute of Construction Organization Technology with a new mission in the reform period. In 1988, the Institute was renamed the Institute of Mechanization and Construction Technology as a professional research unit with partial economic accounting.
- Period 1994 - 2007:
In 1994, the Institute merged the Construction Inspection Company, forming a Construction Technology, Equipment and Inspection Consulting Company and was ranked as a Class 1 consulting company by the Ministry of Construction.
- 2007 to present:
On December 22, 2006, the Ministry of Construction issued Decision No. 1770/QD-BXD converting the Company into Construction Technology, Equipment and Inspection Consulting Joint Stock Company - CONINCO.
On January 16, 2007, the Company held its first General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the Charter of the Company's organization and business registration to operate under the Joint Stock Company model.
The company officially operates in the form of a Joint Stock Company under Business Registration Certificate No. 0100106169 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi on January 24, 2007 with a charter capital of 22,000,000,000 VND (Twenty billion copper).
On July 21, 2014, the State Securities Commission issued document No. 4258/UBCK-QLPH on the approval of the Company's public company registration application.
On December 25, 2015, the Company was granted Securities Registration Certificate No. 128/2015 GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center with the number of registered shares being 4,400,000 shares.
On June 1, 2016, the Company officially traded on the Upcom floor of the Hanoi Stock Exchange
On September 6, 2016, the Company's 2016 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders resolved to increase the Company's charter capital to 68 billion VND by issuing an additional 2,400,000 common shares to existing shareholders.
- The Company completed the capital increase and adjusted the 6th Business Registration Certificate on February 24, 2017 with the Company's charter capital of 68,000,000,000 VND.

- January 24, 2007, time of conversion into a joint stock company with Charter capital 22,000,000,000 VND.
- On November 14, 2014, charter capital increased to 44,000,000,000 VND, through the form of issuing shares to increase charter capital to existing shareholders at a ratio of 1:1.
