Establishment History
- Thanh Nam Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (COTANA,.JSC) was established in 1993. Up to now, COTANAGROUP has been formed with 14 member companies and a branch in Ho Chi Minh City, of which COTANA,. JSC acts as the parent company;
- Major projects: Hoa Binh Hotel on Ly Thuong Kiet Street. System of hotels, restaurants, service works of Kim Lien tourist hotel, Russian cultural center, banking transaction center building at 16 Ton Dan, RubyPlaza building, VIGLACERA building 671 Hoang Hoa Tham; Projects in the field of industrial construction belong to Vietnam Textile and Garment Group, factories belong to Diana company;
- COTANAGROUP has also become an investor and producer. A typical example is the TSG safety glass and plastic door brand of Thanh Nam safety glass factory, a construction materials production area in Quoc Oai including wooden products, furniture, commercial concrete products and precast concrete structures. In addition, the company has entered into a joint venture with Korea to establish BMS-THANH NAM company, specializing in the production of reinforced steel structures and steel connection systems with joints in concrete structures;
- In the field of real estate investment and business, COTANAGROUP is the founding shareholder of VIHAJICO and is currently the investor of ECOPARK city with an area of nearly 500 hectares; Cooperate with major partners of the Construction industry to participate in investment such as: HUD Corporation established HUDLAND Company which is investing in building high-end villas and high-rise apartment buildings at Viet Hung Urban Area project, housing area in Van Canh, Bac Ninh, COMA Corporation is currently implementing the Hanoi Hung Yen Road BT project;
Capital raising process:
- On June 1, 1993, with the name Thanh Nam Construction Company Limited, registered charter capital was 1,263,255,000 VND.
- On February 4, 2004, with the name Thanh Nam Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, registered charter capital was 10.615 billion VND.
- April 11, 2005, 1st increase in charter capital to 12 billion VND.
- May 31, 2006, 2nd charter capital increase to 15 billion VND
- July 30, 2007, 3rd charter capital increase to 20 billion VND
- July 18, 2008, 4th charter capital increase to 25 billion VND
- July 29, 2010, 5th charter capital increase to 50 billion VND
- Increase charter capital for the 6th time to 90 billion VND
- June 16, 2015, 7th charter capital increase to 100 billion VND
