Timeline of Establishment & Development:

Vietnam Construction Securities Joint Stock Company (CSI), formerly known as Phuong Hoang Securities Joint Stock Company (PXS), was established under the License for Establishment and Securities Business Operations. Securities number: 96/UBCK-GP issued by the State Securities Commission on August 21, 2008. In 2016, the company changed its main shareholders and changed its name to Vietnam Kien Thiet Securities Joint Stock Company. During its operation, the company has experienced important milestones:

June 2009: the company became a member of the Vietnam Securities Depository;
December 2009: The time marked an important milestone for the company when it officially became the 99th member of the City Stock Exchange. Ho Chi Minh City on December 23, 2009 and the 98th member of the Hanoi Stock Exchange on December 18, 2009;
February 2017: VNCS moved its headquarters to address F301, Grand Plaza Shopping Center Building, 117 Tran Duy Hung, Cau Giay District, Hanoi;
July 2017: the company increased its charter capital from 35 billion to 60 billion VND through a private share issuance;
August 2018: the company increased its charter capital from 60 billion VND to 168 billion VND through a private share issuance.

2019 is an important year in laying the foundation for the development strategy of Kien Thiet Vietnam Securities Company when the company has successfully converted a new core system to create a premise for high-tech development, and at the same time the company has officially registered to trade shares on UPCOM. with the stock code CSI.

In 2020, to complete the transition to the technology securities company model, Kien Thiet Vietnam Securities completed upgrading the new technology system version 2 to prepare for application. In addition, to facilitate the business development process in the new era, the company has officially moved its headquarters to the 11th floor of Diamond Flower Building, No. 48 Le Van Luong, a majestic Grade A office building with the most prime location at the intersection of Le Van Luong - Hoang Dao Thuy. At the same time, the company also officially launched a new brand identity with a focus on the company's CSI stock symbol. Unifying the brand identity with the stock code helps CSI's image become easier to remember and more customer-friendly.
