Establishment History:
- Railway Construction Company 3 was established on August 10, 1977 (Decision No. 1125-TC/QD dated August 10, 1977 of the Ministry of Transport) under the General Department of Railways (now Vietnam Railway Corporation). Male).
- Pursuant to Decree No. 388/HDBT dated November 20, 1991 of the Council of Ministers (now the Government) on the re-establishment of State-owned enterprises, the Ministry of Transport decided to establish the State-owned enterprise Railway Construction Company 3, directly under the Vietnam Railway Union (decision Decision No. 1024-QD/TCCB-LD dated May 27, 1993).
- Pursuant to Decree No. 64/2002/ND-CP dated June 19, 2002 of the Government on converting state-owned enterprises into joint stock companies, the Ministry of Transport decided to convert the state-owned enterprise Railway Construction Company 3, a member unit of Vietnam Railway Corporation, into a company. shares (decision 4036/QD-BGTVT dated December 31, 2003).
- Construction Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company 3 officially came into operation under the new organizational model of a joint stock company from September 23, 2004 (Business registration certificate No. 4103002692 issued by the Business Registration Office, Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City September 23, 2004).
- On November 20, 2009, the Company registered to trade shares on the UPCOM market at the Hanoi Stock Exchange and was approved by the Stock Exchange.
