Establishment History:
- Formerly known as Vietnam Natural Resources and Energy Investment Joint Stock Company (established on February 14, 2007, in December 2009, the Company changed its name to Vinam Joint Stock Company, with a charter capital of 10 billion VND.
- Up to now, Vinam Joint Stock Company has experienced more than 5 years of growth and development. With a staff of 5 people from the first days, the current staff size at the office and projects has increased to 40 people.
- On December 13, 2010, the Company issued additional shares to existing shareholders and strategic shareholders, increasing charter capital to 32,500,000,000 VND.
- On December 13, 2010, the Company was granted a certificate of registration to offer shares to the public by the State Securities Commission. Accordingly, the Company offers to sell shares to existing shareholders: 1,700,000 shares; Dividend to existing shareholders is 250,000 shares, offer to strategic shareholders 300,000 shares, increase charter capital from 10,000,000,000 VND to 32,500,000,000 VND. Business registration changed number 7 on April 14, 2011
