Establishment History :
- The predecessor of Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No. 2 was Industrial Civil Construction Company No. 2, established under Decision No. 1742/QDUBT dated October 14, 1992 of the People's Committee of Dong Nai Province, under the Dong Nai Department of Construction.
- On July 7, 2005, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 2487/QD-UBND transferring Industrial Civil Construction Company No. 2 to Bien Hoa Industrial Park Development Company for management.
- Industrial Civil Construction Company No. 2 officially transformed into Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No. 2 according to Decision No. 2995/QD-UBND dated August 23, 2005 of the People's Committee of Dong Nai Province on approving the plan and converting Industrial Civil Construction Company No. 2 into a Joint Stock Company shares with initial registered charter capital of 73.5 billion VND (actual contributed capital of 52.16 billion VND).
- The Joint Stock Company officially came into operation on January 3, 2006 according to business registration certificate No. 4703000298 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Nai province
- After a period of operation, with the rapid growth of the Company, the Company's financial capacity improved, the Company's capital was supplemented and its charter capital increased from 73.5 billion VND to 107 billion VND (November 2008). After 3 years of production and business activities since the date of equitization, business capital increased from 263 billion VND to 523 billion VND (December 31, 2008), the number of shareholders has been over 100 shareholders and qualified to become a public company. The company has registered and become a public company according to the approval document No. 62/QD-SGDHCM dated June 24, 2009 of the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange.
