Establishment History
- 2008: The company was established with an initial capital contribution of 25.2 billion VND.
- 2009: In December 2009, the Company increased its capital from 25.2 billion VND to 97.9 billion VND.
- 2010: The company received the transfer of the fishmeal - fish fat processing factory with a capacity of 450 tons of raw materials/day from Multinational Investment & Development Joint Stock Company; The company purchased three rice husk wood-burning boilers, invested in two new high-performance Westfalia Model CC 458-03-00 3-phase centrifuges and two ASTW OFP 120 fish processing lines originating from Thailand; The company went into operation with the main production field being seafood by-product processing; The company increased its charter capital from VND 97.9 billion to VND 125.9 billion.
- 2011: Continue to increase charter capital to 150 billion VND, the number of shareholders after issuance is 20 people.
- 2013: Enhance business activities with a series of investment activities. The company invested in two more nitrogen compressed air systems produced by Viet Son Engineering Joint Stock Company - Ho Chi Minh City and a boiler produced by the Branch of VN Boiler Joint Stock Company - Ho Chi Minh City (100% new); The company also invested in two additional generators with continuous/standby capacity of 90/100kVA, MC100 and standby 500/550kVA, MC550 (100% new) brand Ming Power.
- 2014: Company issues shares to existing shareholders increasing capital from 150 billion VND to 380 billion VND; Additional capital to invest in additional fishmeal production lines and acquisition of the refined fish oil factory project from Multinational Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.
- 2015: In January 2015, the Company issued bonus shares to employees, increasing capital from 380 billion to 381 billion VND from undistributed profits; In February 2015, the Company successfully organized the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The General Meeting approved the listing plan at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange and the IPO plan to increase capital to 762 billion VND.
