Establishment History:
- Bac Ninh Agricultural Products Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Ha Bac Agricultural Products Company, was established in 1996 under Decision No. 27/QD-UB dated March 29, 1996 of the People's Committee of He Bac province on changing the name of the Company. Ha Bac Mulberry Silk became Ha Bac Agricultural Products Company. Since 1997, the Company was renamed Bac Ninh Agricultural Products Company.
- In 2006, the Company continued to promote investment and development activities. In this year alone, the Company established 4 new affiliated units including: Kinh Bac aquatic food processing factory; Food service center; One Member Limited Liability Company for Investment and Development of Processing Animal Husbandry; and Lac Ve Pig Breeding Enterprise.
- Conversion of ownership into a joint stock company (if any): Decision No. 1316/QD-CT dated August 10, 2004 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, approving the equitization plan and converting Bac Ninh Agricultural Products Company into Bac Ninh Agricultural Products Joint Stock Company Ninh.
- Listing: Decision No. 72/QD-TTGDHN dated February 28, 2008 of the Hanoi Stock Exchange Center, approving Bac Ninh Agricultural Products Joint Stock Company to list shares at the Hanoi Stock Exchange Center. Listing consulting organization: ACB Securities LLC (ACBs). Auditing organization: Vietnam Auditing and Valuation Company Limited (VAE).
- Other events: On December 4, 2007, the State Securities Commission issued a certificate of public securities offering to Bac Ninh Agricultural Products Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the Company is allowed to offer 5,700,000 shares (par value 10,000 VND/share) to the following subjects:
- Phase I: Offering 2,450,000 shares to existing shareholders, members of the Board of Directors, Key staff and newly recruited employees in the Company. On February 19, 2008, the Company completed the registration procedures to change its charter capital from 70 billion to 94.5 billion VND.
- Phase II: Offering 3,250,000 shares in the form of public auction.
- At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on March 26, 2011, the Company changed its name to DABACO Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company.
- On February 14, 2013, the Company converted 1,872,794 bonds into 14,331,963 shares, increasing the Company's charter capital to 627,419,230,000 VND equivalent to 62,741,923 shares.
- In 2015, Established Nasaco Ha Nam Animal Feed Company Limited, Dabaco Ha Nam Pig Breeding Company Limited, Dabaco Hai Phong Pig Breeding Company Limited, Dabaco Phu Tho Pig Breeding Company Limited, EIP Industrial Park Development Investment Company Limited. Investing in the construction of Dabaco Biotechnology Center.
