Timeline of Establishment & Development
Construction Development Investment Joint Stock Company No. 1 (DIC No. 1) was converted from a State-owned enterprise to a Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 09/QD-BXD dated January 4, 2007 and Decision No. 536/QD/BXD dated April 6, 2007 of the Ministry of Construction Re: "Adjusting the equitization plan and converting DIC Construction Company under Construction Investment and Development Company into a Joint Stock Company".
On April 17, 2007, the 1st General Meeting of Shareholders established Construction Investment and Development Joint Stock Company No. 1 and elected the Board of Directors and Board of Directors. Control.
On May 17, 2007, DIC No. 1 was granted Business Registration Certificate No. 4903000370 registered for the first time, reissued business code on April 3, 2009 and registered for the 9th change on August 12, 2019.
On April 28, 2009, the 2nd General Meeting of Shareholders was held to evaluate the results of production and business activities of the first 7 months of 2007. and 2008. At the 2nd General Meeting of Shareholders, members of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board were re-elected and the Charter was amended.
On December 4, 2009, the State Securities Commission approved the public company registration application of Construction Investment Development Joint Stock Company No. 1.
On March 10, 2010, the Vietnam Securities Depository Center issued a Securities Registration Certificate to Construction Investment and Development Joint Stock Company No. 1. Code stock : DC1
March 30, 2012 The 5th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2012 re-elected the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board for the second term period 2012-2017.
April 17, 2013 The 6th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2013 elected additional members of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board term 2012-2017.
July 12, 2016 in Decision 423/QD-SGDHN Hanoi Stock Exchange approved the registration of stock trading of the Joint Stock Company Construction Investment and Development section No. 1. In announcement No. 679/TB-SGDHN dated July 12, 2016, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced that 1,500,000 common shares with stock code DC1 of Construction Investment and Development Joint Stock Company No. 1 officially traded on UPCOM on July 19, 2016
April 14, 2017 The 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders re-elected the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board for the third term of phase 2017-2022.
October 2, 2018 State Securities Commission Certificate No. 54/GCN-UBCK certifying the registration of the offering 1,500,000 shares of Construction Investment Development Joint Stock Company No. 1, stock code DC1 at par value of 10,000 VND/share to increase charter capital by 15,000,000,000 VND.
- On January 22, 2019, Vietnam Securities Depository Center issued Securities Registration Certificate No. 58/2010/GCNCP-VSD-1 certifying the number of 1,499,995 shares of Construction Investment and Development Joint Stock Company No. 1 stock code DC1 has been additionally registered, bringing the total number of DC1 shares currently deposited to: 2,999,995 shares.
- March 13, 2019 Hanoi Stock Exchange issued Notice No. 228/TB-SGDHN on the announcement 1,499,995 shares of Construction Investment Development Joint Stock Company No. 1 stock code DC1 have been registered for additional trading since March 19, 2019. Bringing the total number of DC1 shares registered for trading to now: 2,999,995 shares.
- August 19, 2019 Hanoi Stock Exchange issued Notice No. 959/TB-SGDHN on the announcement 149,970 shares of Construction Investment Development Joint Stock Company No. 1 stock code DC1 have been registered for additional trading since August 26, 2019.
