Establishment History
- Established in 1994 with the name Construction Materials Trading Enterprise under the Construction and Tourism Services Company (now a Joint Stock Company of Construction Investment and Development Corporation), the company's initial business was providing materials for construction projects.
- In August 2000, the name was changed to Construction Enterprise No., in July 2002, the Enterprise moved its headquarters to the 4th floor of DIC building - No. 265 Le Hong Phong, Vung Tau City. From the results achieved, on December 9, 2004, the Ministry of Construction issued Decision No. 1980/QD-BXD to convert Construction Enterprise No. 4 into DIC Joint Stock Company No. 4 (DIC-No4), which is a subsidiary in the parent company - DIC.Group subsidiary complex of which the State holds 51% of the controlling shares. In October 2005, the company moved its headquarters to No. 4 - Street 6 - Chi Linh Urban Center Area - City. Vung Tau. In January 2007, the Company inaugurated and put into use a factory manufacturing high-quality uPVC doors with reinforced steel cores of European standards under the brand name VINAWINDOW located in Dong Xuyen Industrial Park - Vung Tau City.
- On October 22, 2008, Hanoi Stock Exchange Center issued decision No. 362/QD-TTGDHN on: approving the listing of shares of DIC Joint Stock Company No. 4 with the trading code DC4, the number of listed securities is 2,000,000 shares, listed securities value is 20,000,000,000 VND, first trading day November 3, 2008.
- On January 3, 2009, the Company established a branch in Ho Chi Minh City with business registration certificate No. 3500686978-001.
- On May 25, 2011, the Company established a second branch with the transaction name "DIC Joint Stock Company Branch No. 4 - DIC 4.1 Construction Enterprise" with business registration certificate No. 3500686978-002.
- On September 20, 2011, the Company established a third branch with the trading name "DIC Joint Stock Company Branch No. 4 - DIC Materials & Trading Enterprise" with business registration certificate No. 3500686978-003.
- On May 22, 2012, the Company established the 4th branch to convert Vinawindow high-end plastic door factory from a dependent accounting model to self-accounting with the trading name "DIC Joint Stock Company Branch No. 4 - Vinawindow high-end plastic door factory" with business registration certificate no. 3500686978-004.
- In 2015, the Company restructured its affiliated branches, including dissolving 02 branches, the branch in Ho Chi Minh City and the DIC 4.1 Construction Enterprise.
Capital raising process:
- On January 28, 2005, DIC Joint Stock Company No. 4 officially operated as a joint stock company with a charter capital of 5,000,000,000 VND.
- In 2006, the Company increased its charter capital to 8,200,000,000 VND.
- In 2007, the Company increased its charter capital to 20,000,000,000 VND.
- In 2009, the Company increased its charter capital to 21,399,960,000 VND.
- In 2010, the Company issued 2,860,004 shares to the public to increase charter capital to 50,000,000,000 VND.
- In 2014, the Company issued 249,846 shares from equity to increase charter capital to 52,498,460,000 VND.
- In 2015, the Company issued 262,215 shares from equity to increase charter capital to 55,120,610,000 VND.
