- Established on June 4, 1981, named Construction Mechanical Factory under Book 7 Construction Company, operating in the field of overhauling construction motorcycles.
- In 1990, the factory switched to producing Fibrocement roofing sheets.
- In 1996, the Factory switched to producing Ceramic tiles.
- In 1999, the Ministry of Construction issued Decision No. 1314/QD-BXD dated October 28, 1999 to establish Cosevco Ceramic Tile Company on the basis of arranging and reorganizing two units under the Central Construction Corporation, Da Nang Ceramic Tile Factory and Cosevco Da Nang Cement Factory. The company is a 100% state-owned enterprise, an independent accounting member unit of the Central Construction Corporation, operating under Business Registration Certificate No. 112486 dated November 16, 1999 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Da Nang city.
- In 2006, implementing the state's policy on innovating and rearranging state-owned enterprises, on March 23, 2006, the Ministry of Construction issued Decision No. 488/QD-BXD on equitizing Cosevco Ceramic Tile Company. On December 26, 2006, the Ministry of Construction issued Decision No. 1783/QD-BXD approving the equitization plan and converting Cosevco Ceramic Tiles Company into a joint stock company.
- On January 17, 2007, Cosevco Ceramic Tile Company officially became a joint stock company according to business registration certificate No. 3203001284 issued by the City Department of Planning and Investment. Da Nang issued with a charter capital of 26 billion VND.
- In 2009, the Company restructured its business, increasing its charter capital from 26 billion VND to 50 billion VND.
- In 2013, the Company increased its charter capital from 50 billion to 65 billion VND.
- Currently, with modern equipment lines of SACMI - ITALY (one of the world's leading companies in the production of ceramic tile equipment lines), along with a team of experts, experienced engineers, skilled workers trained in Italy and applying the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2008 standards, Cosevco Ceramic Tile Joint Stock Company has supplied domestic and foreign markets with ceramic tile products that meet the standards of ISO 9001:2008. European quality standards.
- On April 19, 2018, Vietnam Securities Depository issued certificate of securities registration No. 23/2018/GCNCP-VSD to Cosevco Ceramic Tile Joint Stock Company with registered securities of 6,500,000 shares.
