Establishment History:
- Dong Do Maritime Joint Stock Company, formerly known as the Joint Enterprise of Sea and River Transport (VISERITRANS), was established in 1993.
- On April 29, 1995, VISERITRANS officially became an independent accounting member enterprise of Vietnam Maritime Corporation (VINALINES).
- From October 20034, the company was renamed Dong Do Marine Company.
- After completing the equitization according to Decision No. 2315/QDBGTVT, dated October 30, 2006 of the Minister of Transport, Dong Do Maritime Company officially changed its name and registered to operate with the new name Dong Do Maritime Joint Stock Company from December 25, 2006.
- December 15, 2014: CT shares began trading on Upcom Center at Hanoi Stock Exchange
