Establishment Timeline:
- Duc Giang Laundry and Chemical Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Duc Giang Chemical Company, is a state-owned enterprise under the Vietnam General Department of Chemicals, established in 1963 with the product "Duc Giang Detergent" that is very familiar to consumers.
- Implementing the policy of equitizing state-owned enterprises, Duc Giang Chemical Company was transformed into Duc Giang Detergent and Chemical Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 135/2003/QD-BCN dated August 26, 2003 and Decision No. 10/2004/QD-BCN dated February 13, 2004 on amending Article 2 Decision No. 135/2003/QD-BCN.
- In March 2004, the Company completed equitization, transformed the model and officially operated as a joint stock company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 0103003850 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on March 5, 2004
Capital raising process:
- 3/2004: Converted into a joint stock company, with a charter capital of 15 billion VND
- July 2008: Increase charter capital to 30 billion VND
- June 2009: Increase charter capital to 66 billion VND
- December 2012: Increased charter capital to 220 billion VND
- December 2013: Increased charter capital to 334.99 billion VND
- 8/2014: Shares of Duc Giang Detergent and Chemical Joint Stock Company were officially listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange with the stock code DGC
- 9/2014: Inauguration of Duc Giang Lao Cai Chemical Factory Complex in Lao Cai
- August 2015: Increased charter capital to 422,091,320,000 VND
