Establishment History:
- Dong Hai Ben Tre Joint Stock Company was established according to Decision No. 4278/QD-UB of Ben Tre Provincial People's Committee dated December 25, 2002; in the form of conversion to a Joint Stock Company since April 2003. Formerly a state-owned enterprise established in 1994.
- New business registration certificate number 1300358260 issued for the 5th time on September 17, 2009, issued for the 6th time on January 5, 2010; old number 5503-000006 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ben Tre province for the first time on April 2, 2003
- In July 2008 the company became a public company
- In July 2009, the company was officially listed and traded 8,000,000 DOHACO shares on the Ho Chi Minh City stock exchange with the stock code DHC
- In January 2010, the company increased its charter capital to 99,999,390,000 VND and was listed with additional shares to issue 1,999,939 DOHACO shares on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange
- In 2011, the Company implemented the construction and application of an environmental quality management system according to ISO 14001: 2004 standards and was evaluated and certified by Intertek Systems Certification at the end of December 2011.
- March 2012 divestment of Subsidiaries, reducing the dominant investment proportion in Ben Tre Seafood Joint Stock Company (Beseaco) from 54.67% to 46.61%
- In June 2013, 100% divested from Ben Tre Seafood Joint Stock Company (Beseaco).
- In January 2015, the company's headquarters officially moved to Lot AIII, Giao Long Industrial Park, An Phuoc commune, Chau Thanh district, Ben Tre province.
