DIC Dong Tien Joint Stock Company was formed from the capital contribution of 10 founding shareholders, of which one shareholder is an organization (DIC Corp) contributing capital 10% of charter capital and 09 shareholders are individual investors contributing 90% of charter capital.
DIC Dong Tien officially does business and operates under the Business Registration Certificate No. 4703000145 dated August 3, 2004 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Nai province.
Initial charter capital of the Company: 10,000,000,000 VND (Ten billion VND)
December 10, 2009 Hanoi Stock Exchange signed Decision No. 799/QD-SGDCKHN on approving the listing of shares of DIC – Dong Tien Joint Stock Company on Hanoi Stock Exchange.
As of December 31, 2009, DIC Dong Tien's charter capital is 24,342,000,000 VND ( Twenty-four billion, three hundred and forty-two million VND) with the number of existing shareholders at the time of finalizing the list of the General Meeting. 2010 annual shareholder agreement is 308 shareholders.
As of December 31, 2015, DIc Dong Tien's charter capital is 50,000,000,000 VND (Fifty billion VND) with the number of existing shareholders at the time of closing the list on March 23, 2016 to organize the 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders being 216 shareholders.
