Establishment History
- Formed in 1979, founded by the People's Committee of Hoi An town in Quang Nam - Da Nang province (formerly) with the main function of building civil and industrial works.
- From 1979 to 2003: Dic-Hoi An was named Hoi An Construction Company, a 100% state-owned enterprise under the People's Committee of Quang Nam province. From 2003 to 2005: Dic-Hoi An was named DIC-Hoi An Construction Investment Company, is an enterprise with 100% state capital, directly under the parent company - subsidiary company of Construction Development Investment Company (DIC GROUP) - Ministry of Construction.
- From the beginning of 2006 until now: Construction Investment and Development Company - Hoi An (DIC-Hoi An) is an affiliated enterprise located in the parent company - subsidiary DIC GROUP complex under the Ministry of Construction.
- On November 3, 2011, the 4th change of business registration certificate increased charter capital from 13.8318 billion to 26.28042 billion.
