In 1998: Chau Thanh district's management board for exploitation and supply of domestic water was established under Decision No. 695/QD-UB dated July 25, 1998 of the People's Committee of Chau Thanh district, Ben Tre province.
Year 2017: According to Decision No. 2843/QD-UBND dated November 22, 2017 of the People's Committee of Ben Tre Province on approving the enterprise value to equitize the Management Board of exploitation and supply of domestic water in Chau Thanh district, the actual value of the enterprise as of February 28, 2017
Year 2018: Chau Thanh Domestic Water Supply Joint Stock Company received the handover of capital, assets, and labor at the official date of transformation into a joint stock company on November 28, 2018 from the Management Board of exploitation and supply of domestic water of Chau Thanh district.
From November 28, 2018, the Company transformed from the form of Management Board for exploitation and supply of domestic water in Chau Thanh district to Chau Thanh Domestic Water Supply Joint Stock Company and was granted the first business registration certificate by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ben Tre province on November 28, 2018 with an initial charter capital of 30,900,000,000 VND. Of which, the State holds 45% of the charter capital structure.
Year 2020: On November 4, 2020, Chau Thanh Domestic Water Supply Joint Stock Company was granted the first change of Business Registration Certificate by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ben Tre province on November 4, 2020 after increasing its charter capital from 30,900,000,000 VND to 41,696,450,000 VND by issuing shares to shareholders. exists for the purpose of mobilizing capital to invest in 02 construction items (Tam Phuoc water treatment plant and various water pipeline systems).
Year 2022: On November 3, 2022, Chau Thanh Domestic Water Supply Joint Stock Company was granted the first change of securities registration certificate No. 14/2022/GCNCP-VSD-1 by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD). The number of deposited securities is 4,378,120 shares.
