- Formerly known as Duc Long Gia Lai Public Works Service Development Investment Joint Stock Company, established in 2007 under Business Registration Certificate No. 5900437257 issued on December 21, 2007, operating mainly in the field of bus stations - parking lots
- The company officially listed its shares on the Hanoi Stock Exchange with the stock code DL1 in May 2010.
- According to Resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders No. 01/NQ-DHDCDTN2021 dated June 26, 2021, the Company changed its name to Alpha Seven Group Joint Stock Company (A7).
