- Duc Long Gia Lai Group is a private enterprise operating in the form of a Joint Stock Company, established on June 13, 2007 under Business Registration Certificate No. 5900415863 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Gia Lai province on June 13, 2007, replacing changed for the 21st time on December 31, 2013 with charter capital amounting to 697,448,980,000 VND.
- On July 14, 2008, the Company was officially recognized by the State Securities Commission to become a public company. This is a new turning point on the journey of construction and development of DLGL.
- On June 16, 2010, the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange issued a decision to officially list 29,100,000 shares of ĐLGL code DLG and on June 22, 2012 the shares were officially traded on HOSE.
- 2015: DLG increased charter capital to 1,691,861,170,000 VND after successfully swapping 19,932,609 shares for shareholders of Mass Noble company. Through stock swap, the company officially invests in the field of electronic components manufacturing.
- In 2016, DLG increased its charter capital to 2,301,443,420,000 VND after conversion before maturity 5,000,000 bonds converted into 50,000,000 shares and increased 10,958,225 shares votes from paying dividends and issuing shares to increase share capital from equity sources for existing shareholders.
