Da Lat Real Estate Joint Stock Company was established from the equitization of the State-owned enterprise Lam Dong Housing Development & Trading Company. The predecessor of Lam Dong Housing Development & Trading Company was previously established on the basis of merging two units: Lam Dong Construction Materials Union Enterprise and Lam Dong Urban Construction Real Estate Management Company according to Decision No. 684/QD-UB dated October 24, 1992 of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province.
Lam Dong Housing Development & Trading Company was equitized according to Decision No. 3747/QD-UBND dated December 19, 2006 of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province and renamed Da Lat Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
On May 20, 2010, the company officially listed its shares for trading at the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX)
