Establishment History:
- VINACOMIN Tourism and Trade Joint Stock Company (VTTC), formerly known as Vietnam Coal Tourism Company, is an independent accounting member unit under Vietnam National Coal Corporation established under Decision No. 2778/QD-TCCB dated September 25, 1996 of the Minister of Industry and officially put into operation from the date of October 1, 1996.
- On October 27, 2004, the Minister of Industry issued Decision No. 104/2004/QD-BCN on converting Vietnam Coal Tourism and Trading Company into Vietnam Coal Tourism and Trading Joint Stock Company (VTTC), the Company officially came into operation under the Enterprise Law from the date of November 1, 2004.
- Implementing the Prime Minister's direction on reducing the share ratio in joint stock companies, in the second quarter of 2016, Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries Group completed the divestment from 67.87% to 36% and currently Tourism and Trade Joint Stock Company - VINACOMIN is an affiliated company with the group. - Coal processing and trading;
- Manufacturing, processing, assembling production and consumer equipment and tools;
- Real estate brokerage, consulting, trading;
- Transporting soil, stone, coal, materials, goods, machinery, supplies, and equipment for production and life;
- Bathing and swimming pool services;
- Sauna service, hot mineral water bath service (excluding acupuncture, acupressure and traditional medicine sauna);
- Production and sales of soft drinks, beer business (excluding business of Karaoke rooms, dance halls, bars).
- Petroleum agency services;
- Trading in medical supplies, equipment, chemicals (except chemicals banned by the State) and pharmaceuticals, inorganic salts;
- Equipment rental services and loading and leveling of soil, rock, coal, and minerals;
- Trading, importing and exporting minerals and agricultural products;
- Exploiting and trading sand, stone, gravel and construction materials;
