Timeline of Establishment & Development:

On February 28, 1992, the General Staff issued Decision No. 53/QD-TM to establish P7 Textile and Dyeing Enterprise (commonly known in the Army as Military Region 7 Military Equipment Enterprise) and February 28 became the unit's communication day.
The enterprise was renamed from Textile and Dyeing Enterprise P7 to Textile and Garment Company 7 according to Notice No. 1119/DMDN dated March 13, 1996 of the Government and Decision No. 493/QD dated February 18, 1996 of the Minister of National Defense; Business registration certificate No. 4106000314 issued on July 19, 1996.
On July 22, 2010, Textile and Garment Company 7 was renamed Textile and Garment Company Limited 7 according to Decision No. 2640/QD-BQP of the Ministry of National Defense; Business registration certificate No. 0300509782 first registered on December 8, 2010;
On December 6, 2017, the Company carried out equitization according to decision No. 5224/QD-BQP on equitizing Textile and Garment Company Limited 7 under Dong Hai Company Limited/Military Region 7.
On March 29, 2017, the Minister of National Defense issued Decision No. 943/QD-QP on approving the plan and converting Textile and Garment Company Limited 7 under Dong Hai Company Limited/Military Region 7 into a Joint Stock Company with the name Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company 7.
On June 20, 2017, the Company held the first shareholders' meeting, establishing Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company 7.
On July 3, 2017, the Company officially operated in the form of a Joint Stock Company with business registration license number 0300509782 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City.
On October 24, 2017, the pharmaceutical company approved the public company registration application according to official dispatch No. 7144/UBCK-GSĐC of the State Securities Commission.
On March 9, 2018, the Company was granted Securities Registration Certificate No. 14/2018/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD), with a total number of registered shares of 15,411,100 shares.
