Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- The company was established under the first business registration certificate No. 5103000099 dated March 6, 2008 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Thap Province, with an actual contributed charter capital of 125,000,000,000 VND (One hundred twenty-five billion VND); Registered charter capital is 140,000,000,000 VND (One hundred and forty billion VND) with headquarters and manufacturing factory located at Phong My industrial cluster, Highway 30, Hamlet 1, Phong My commune, Cao Lanh district, Dong Thap. - At the time of establishment, the Company had 847 shareholders, including 03 (three) founding shareholders: Domesco Medical Import-Export Joint Stock Company, Dong Thap Construction and Construction Materials Company Limited and Mr. Le Van Hau.
- The company was also approved by the State Securities Commission to register as a public company on July 16, 2009.
- 2012: Founding shareholders divested capital after four years of business establishment and operation. With the takeover of the new group of shareholders, the Company has restructured, reformed and stabilized the Company's management apparatus. At the same time, the Company also invested in a number of modern machinery and equipment to increase operating productivity for the animal feed production line, maximize resources, and reduce costs.
- By 2019, the Company had no accumulated losses and paid cash dividends for the first time since its establishment.
- Following the business foundation from 2019, the Company continues to implement the 2020 business plan according to the plan approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders. Faced with the complicated and unpredictable developments of the Covid 19 pandemic, the Company's Board of Directors has made efforts to overcome difficulties, achieving revenue of 376 billion VND and profit of 5.9 billion VND in 2020.
- On November 26, 2020, Domenal Joint Stock Company was granted stock registration certificate No. 72/2020/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center with the stock code DMN.
