- June 29, 2005: Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 2339/QD-UBND on the establishment of Dong Nai Food Industry Corporation, operating according to the parent company - subsidiary model, in which Dong Nai Agricultural Materials Company Limited is a member company, with independent accounting, under the management of the owner's representative, Dong Nai Food Industry Corporation.
- Pursuant to Decision No. 3310/QD-UBND dated November 11, 2009 of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee on approving the plan and converting Dong Nai Agricultural Materials One-Member LLC into a Joint Stock Company, the enterprise has successfully issued shares and auctioned it at the City Stock Exchange. HCM and officially operates as a Joint Stock Company since March 1, 2010 with charter capital of 100,000,000,000 VND.
