Dong Thap Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company is an enterprise formed in the form of shares from the Petroleum Transport Enterprise of Dong Thap Petroleum Trading Company according to Decision No. 160/QD-UB-TL dated August 10, 2004 of the People's Committee of Dong Thap province, organized and operating according to the Law on Enterprises and the provisions of law.
Dong Thap Petroleum Transportation Joint Stock Company has been operating under the joint stock model since November 2004. In which, the State holds the controlling shares (Dong Thap Petroleum Trading Company Limited owns 51% of the shares)
On August 18, 2011, the Vietnam Securities Depository Center issued certificate number 59/2011/GCNCP-CSD
On October 8, 2015, the Hanoi Stock Exchange issued a transaction approval decision No. 657/QD-SGDHN, officially bringing DOP shares to trade on the floor Upcom

Capital raising process

Since 2004, Dong Thap Petroleum Transportation Joint Stock Company has officially operated in the form of a joint stock company with charter capital: 18,172,600,000 VND.
2007: Increased charter capital to 23,624.38 million VND through issuing shares to existing shareholders.
2008: Increased charter capital to 43,705.1 million VND through issuing shares to existing shareholders.
