Establishment History:
- Soc Son Investment and Development Joint Stock Company was established on August 31, 2010 with capital contributed by 03 founding shareholders with an initial capital contribution of 4.9 billion VND. The main business and production activities are iron and steel wholesale, with headquarters located in Group 2, Soc Son town, Soc Son district, Hanoi city.
- On September 11, 2014, the Company changed its headquarters to House No. 156, National Highway 3, Phu Lo Commune, Soc Son District, Hanoi City with an area of 500m2 and warehouse area of 1,000 m2 at Km 19, National Highway. 3, Phu Lo Commune, Soc Son District, Hanoi City. With a new headquarters and spacious warehouse, it creates favorable conditions for the Company's commercial activities.
- In December 2014, the Company implemented two increases in charter capital from VND 4.9 billion to VND 30 billion and charter capital from VND 30 billion to VND 160.8 billion to expand business operations.
