Establishment History:
- Danang Rubber Joint Stock Company was established in 2005, according to Decision No. 320/QD/TCNSDT dated May 26, 1993 of the Ministry of Heavy Industry.
- On October 10, 2005, according to Decision No. 321/QD - TBCN of the Minister of Industry, Da Nang Rubber Company was transformed into Da Nang Rubber Joint Stock Company Danang.
- The company began listing with the stock code DRC on December 29, 2006 on the Ho Chi Minh City stock exchange. Consulting organization: Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Company Limited. Independent audit: Auditing and information technology services company - Central region branch.
- January 1, 2006 Da Nang Rubber Joint Stock Company officially went into operation with a charter capital of: 49,000,000,000 VND
- December 29, 2006 Officially listed and traded on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange with charter capital of 92,475,000,000 VND.
- May 28, 2007 Listed additional shares issued to pay dividends, bringing total charter capital to 130,385,520,000 VND.
- August 5/2008 Issuing bonus shares to shareholders and additional listing, charter capital increased to: 153,846,240,000 VND.
- June 2010 Issuing shares to pay dividends, increasing charter capital to 307,692,480,000 VND.
- June 2011 Issuing shares to pay dividends, increasing charter capital to 461,538,650,000 VND Received 3rd Class Independence Medal.
- June 2012 Issued bonus shares and dividend-paying shares, increasing charter capital to 692,289,450,000 VND.
- In 2013, increased charter capital to 830,738,490,000 VND. Put into operation the first all-steel Radial tire factory in Vietnam, phase 1 with capacity of 300,000 tires/year.
- In 2014, The Company was awarded the Excellent Unit flag in the emulation movement by the Government; Won the National Brand Cup, Vietnam Gold Star Award.
- In 2015, issued shares to pay dividends, increasing charter capital to 913,800,030,000 VND.
- In 2016, issued shares to increase share capital from equity capital, increasing charter capital to 1,187,926,050,000 VND. Is the most profitable enterprise in the Vietnam Chemical Group.
