Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- Dak Lak Rubber Company Limited (DAKRUCO), formerly Dak Lak Rubber Company, was established in March 1993, based on the Dak Lak Union of Rubber Enterprises, which transformed the production and business organization model according to Decree 388. of the Government and approved by the People's Committee of Dak Lak province to convert operations to the One Member Limited Company model according to Decision No. 2440/QD-UBND dated September 23, 2010 on Approving the Project to convert Dak Lak Rubber Company into a One Member Limited Company and the Company Charter from January 2011.
- On April 11, 2018, the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province approved the Equitization Plan of Dak Lak Rubber Company Limited according to Decision No. 739/QD-UBND.
- On July 31, 2018, the Company conducted the first auction of shares at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange.
- On September 4, 2018, the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province issued Decision No. 2139/QD-UBND on approving the adjustment of the initial issued share structure of Dak Lak Rubber Company Limited. September 29, 2018, Joint Stock Company Dak Lak Rubber Division successfully organized the first General Meeting of Shareholders.
- On October 1, 2018, the Company officially transformed into a Joint Stock Company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 6000175829 of the Department of Planning and Investment of Dak Lak province, issued the 6th change with a charter capital of 1,558,000,000,000 VND
- On May 8, 2019, Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company was approved by the State Securities Commission (SSC) to register as a public company.
