Establishment History:
- Dream House Investment Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Dream House Commercial Construction Joint Stock Company, was established under Business Registration Certificate No. 4103004401 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City for the first time on March 6, 2006, with a charter capital of 16.35 billion VND contributed by 07 founding shareholders.
- At the end of 2006, founding shareholders registered and contributed to increase charter capital from 16.35 billion VND to 50 billion VND.
- In April 2007, the Company increased its charter capital to 80 billion VND.
- In June 2007, the Company increased its charter capital to 105 billion VND
- In April 2008, the Company increased its charter capital to 120.5 billion VND.
- In the fourth quarter of 2009, the Company consulted shareholders in writing and approved the issuance plan to increase capital to 160 billion through a private offering to employees and large investors. At the end of the issuance, the actual contributed charter capital as of December 2, 2009 was 149,900,000,000 VND.
- On December 3, 2009, the Company qualified to become a public company and carried out registration procedures with the State Securities Commission according to regulations. On March 3, 2010, the Company received an official dispatch from the State Securities Commission approving that the Company is eligible to become a public company and at the same time, the Company is obliged to disclose information and perform the obligations of a public company in accordance with the provisions of law.
- In March 2010, the Company was registered and approved by the State Securities Commission (SSC) to become a public company.
- On July 26, 2010, all 14.99 million shares of Dream House Investment Joint Stock Company (Dream House Investment Corp.) were officially traded on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) with the stock code DRH
- In October 2010, the Company increased its charter capital to 183,997,020,000 VND, through payment of stock dividends, issuance of bonus shares, and offering to existing shareholders (according to Resolution No. 46/2010 dated April 26, 2010)
- Since 2011, the Company has added new lines of business in the field of fertilizer
- 2015: Implemented comprehensive restructuring of the Company, shifting strongly to project investment activities. Approved by the Securities Commission to increase capital from VND 184 billion to VND 490 billion
- In April 2016, private placement for strategic shareholders increased charter capital from 184 billion VND to 490 billion VND.
