Year 2007

- DNSE Securities Joint Stock Company (formerly Dai Nam Securities Joint Stock Company) was established under Business Registration Certificate No. 0102459106 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi City for the first time on October 30, 2007 and Operation License No. 62/UBCK-GP issued by the Chairman of the State Securities Commission on October 30, 2007. October 30, 2007 with initial charter capital of 38 billion VND.

Year 2008

- DNSE became a member of Hanoi Stock Exchange and Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange. Ho Chi Minh.

Year 2009

- Established City Branch. Ho Chi Minh at 117/119/121 Nguyen Du, District 1, City. Ho Chi Minh, expanding business area. Participate in online trading with the City Stock Exchange. Ho Chi Minh. The company increased its charter capital to 50 billion VND according to adjustment license No. 275/UBCK-GP.

Year 2010

- Participate in online trading with Hanoi Stock Exchange. 2011 - The company increased its charter capital from 50 billion VND to 75 billion VND.

Year 2015

- The company increased its charter capital from 75 billion VND to 160 billion VND. 2020

- Become a member company of Encapital Financial Technology Joint Stock Company.

- The State Securities Commission has issued a License to adjust the location of the Company's Headquarters at 6th Floor, Pax Sky Building, 63-65 Ngo Thi Nham, Pham Dinh Ho, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi.

- Launching the Entrade X basic stock trading app, launching the Virtual Account automatic money transfer service.

Year 2021

- The company changed its name to DNSE Securities Joint Stock Company, increasing its charter capital to 1,000 billion VND.

Year 2022

- Increase the company's charter capital to 3,000 billion VND.

- Launching the first transaction-based management system in the Vietnamese market (Margin Deal).

- Among the top market shares of newly opened accounts after 9 months of 2023: reaching 22.25% of newly opened market shares of the entire market, especially in September 2023, DNSE reached 43.6% of the entire market.

- Won the "Investment Product Innovation of the Year - Vietnam" award for the Entrade-X product awarded by the Asian Banking & Financing Retail Banking Awards.
