- Dap Cau Glass Company is a state-owned enterprise, formerly known as Dap Cau Glass Factory, established under Decision No. 079A/BXD-TCLĐ dated March 24, 1993 of the Minister of Construction, headquartered in Vu Ninh Ward - Bac Ninh Town - Bac Ninh Province;
- On July 30, 1994, Dap Cau Glass Factory was renamed Dap Cau Glass Company under Construction Glass and Ceramics Corporation - Ministry of Construction (now Viglacera Company - JSC) according to Decision No. 485/BXD-TCLD of the Minister of Construction;
- In 2000, the Company was awarded Labor Hero by the State and was certified by BVQI (UK) for a quality management system meeting international standards ISO 9001:2000;
- In 2005, the Company auctioned shares for the first time to the public;
- On February 3, 2005, the Company officially transformed into a Joint Stock Company according to the Certificate first issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Bac Ninh province on February 3, 2005 with a charter capital of 20,000,000,000 VND, of which the State owns 51% of the charter capital;
- In order to create competitive conditions in the context of global integration, Construction Glass and Ceramics Corporation has directed and coordinated with member units to develop and apply the VIGLACERA Brand Handbook since January 1, 2007, and since that time, Dap Cau Glass Joint Stock Company changed its name to Viglacera Dap Cau Glass Joint Stock Company.
