Establishment History
- Third DETACO Joint Stock Company was established on October 10, 2003 according to Business Registration Certificate No. 4103001861 issued by S in Planning - Investmentof City. HCM issued Tax Registration Certificate No. 0303118498.
- On April 5, 2006, the Company registered its second change, increasing its charter capital to 15 billion VND.
- On May 12, 2007, the Company registered for the third time, increasing its charter capital to 40 billion VND.
- On September 22, 2009, the Company registered for the 6th time, increasing its charter capital to 100 billion VND
- January 2010: Officially recognized by the State Securities Commission to become a public company;
- January 2010: Signed an agreement with Tai Nguyen Investment and Development Joint Stock Company to become a founding shareholder at the rate of 10% to jointly manage, operate, and cooperate in development and forest exploitation and auxiliary services on a very large land fund of more than 30,000 hectares distributed across all beaches and forests in Quang Ninh province.
- March 2010, Established the Investment Department of DETACO Phu Quoc, Kien Giang project.
- May 2010: Organized the 2009 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
- July 2010: Established DTA Construction Materials Trading Joint Stock Company, main shareholder with 49%
- October 2010: Became a shareholder to establish a Resource Development Investment Joint Stock Company, participation rate 10%
- January 2013: Vietnam, participation rate was 10% compared to when the company was first established, currently the investment development speed of the company's projects has increased many times. Many projects that the Company is the investor in include: DETACO Urban Area in Phuoc An commune, Nhon Trach district, Dong Nai province with a scale of 47.3 hectares; DETACO Tan Phu Commercial Center and Building with a scale of 16,255 m2 in Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City; Phu Quoc Villa Area with a scale of 8.9 hectares in Phu Quoc; Ecovilas Villa Area with a scale of 9.19 hectares in Binh Duong; afforestation, exploitation and auxiliary services, forest and marine ecological services. Resources scale is more than 30,000 hectares. In addition to being an investor, the Company also associates capital contributions with large partners with clean land funds and brands to jointly participate and exploit projects such as: Dong Tay Avenue apartment complex in Ward 16, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City with an area of 17,474 m2; Tan Phuoc apartment complex with a scale of 13,628 m2 in Ward 7, District 1 l.
- November 2015: Started construction of Block A DETACO apartment complex - Nhon Trach - Dong Nai social housing development project
- November 2016: Issued 5,000,000 shares to individual strategic partners
- October 2017: Approval of the establishment of a subsidiary - DTA Bac Ninh Joint Stock Company
- December 2017: Established a new business location at 602, 6th Floor, Center Point Building, 106 Nguyen Van Troi, Ward 8, Phu Nhuan District, City HCM
