Establishment History:
- Dong Trieu Ceramic Company, formerly known as Dong Trieu Brick and Tile Enterprise, was handed over from the Construction Department - Quang Ninh Architecture Company in January 1965, with headquarters located in Hong Phong commune, Dong Trieu district, Quang Ninh province.
- According to Decision No. 1014/BKTTCCB dated June 21, 1971 of the Minister of Architecture, the Enterprise was transferred from Quang Ninh Architecture Company to the management of the Ministry of Architecture.
- In 1974, Dong Trieu Brick and Tile Factory was transferred to the Construction Porcelain Tile and Tile Company under the Ministry of Construction and is now the Construction Glass and Ceramics Corporation.
- From 1980 to 1993, according to the requirements of the organizational model, implementing Decision No. 953/BXDTCCB dated July 1, 1980 of the Minister of Construction on separating Dong Trieu Brick and Tile Factory under Dong Trieu Brick Factory and returning it to Dong Trieu Brick and Tile Factory with independent economic accounting from August 1 1980.
- On March 24, 1993, Dong Trieu Brick and Tile Enterprise was re-established.
- On April 21, 1993, Dong Trieu Tile Factory (former Dong Trieu Silicate Brick Factory) was merged into Dong Trieu Tile Factory.
- On January 2, 1996, the name was changed to Dong Trieu Construction Ceramic Company.
- On January 14, 2004, converted into a joint stock company with the name Dong Trieu Vigalacera Joint Stock Company.
- On March 1, 2004, Dong Trieu Construction Ceramics Company officially went into operation in the form of a Joint Stock Company under certificate No. 22.03.000226 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Ninh province, with a registered charter capital of 4,500,000,000 VND.
- Listing: The Company's shares are listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange with the stock code DTC; Date of transaction registration: December 6, 2006; First trading day December 25, 2006.
- The first change of business registration certificate dated August 9, 2006 increased the Company's charter capital from 4.5 billion VND to 5 billion VND; The second change on May 13, 2008, changed the company name (From Dong Trieu Viglacera Joint Stock Company to Viglacera Dong Trieu Joint Stock Company); 3rd change on December 11, 2008 increased charter capital from 5 billion VND to 10 billion VND; 4th change May 14, 2009 charter capital is 10 billion VND. 5th change on July 21, 2011 increased charter capital from 10 billion to 20 billion VND. 6th change on August 28, 2012 increased charter capital from 20 billion VND to 40 billion VND and changed people Legal representative Mr. Nguyen Huu Gam was appointed Director of the company to replace Mr. Doan Van Sinh. 7th change on January 16, 2013, Mr. Luu Van Hung was appointed Director of the company to replace Mr. Nguyen Huu Gam; The 8th change on January 16, 2014, Mr. Tran Thanh was appointed Director of the company to replace Mr. Luu Van Hung; Change 9th change on December 17, 2014 to delete the names of 2 mechanical enterprises and the business and transportation enterprise. The 10th change on May 12, 2015, Dong Trieu district became Dong Trieu Town.
