Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- Thanh Dat Development Investment Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Thanh Dat Construction Company, was established under Business Registration Certificate No. 0700194008, first issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Nam province on May 7, 2001, with the main business line being construction of works. civil works, land leveling and infrastructure construction in Ha Nam province and neighboring provinces.
- On November 22, 2006, the company was converted into a LLC with two or more members and renamed Thanh Dat Construction LLC with a charter capital of 6,500,000,000 VND. The company registered to increase charter capital to 90 billion VND on January 10, 2014 and completed this capital increase in April 2014.
- In November 2015, Thanh Dat Construction Company Limited was converted into a joint stock company with the name Thanh Dat Investment and Development Joint Stock Company. The company operates in the form of a joint stock company from November 27, 2015 according to Business Registration Certificate No. 0700194008, the 13th change with a charter capital of 120,000,000,000 VND.
- In May 2016, due to the need to expand production and business, the company decided to increase its charter capital by 30,000,000,000 VND to 150,000,000,000 VND through the form of issuing shares to existing shareholders.
- On August 1, 2016, the Company was granted the 15th amended Business Registration Certificate, with a new charter capital of 200,000,000,000 VND.
- On June 28, 2017, the Company was approved by the State Securities Commission as a public company with a total charter capital of 200,000,000,000 VND.
- On September 26, 2017, the Company was approved by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center for depository with stock code: DTD, the number of registered securities is 20,000,000 shares.
