Establishment History:
- Dai Thien Loc Steel Company Limited was established with an initial charter capital of 6 billion VND according to Business Registration Certificate No. 4602000250 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Duong province on July 11, 2001.
- In 2006, the Company increased its charter capital to 50 billion VND and in 2007 it was 99 billion VND.
- The company converted to a Joint Stock Company model and received Business Registration Certificate No. 4603000334 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Duong province on April 12, 2007, taking the name Dai Thien Loc Joint Stock Company. The company officially operated as a Joint Stock Company in June 2007
- June 2008: Installed and put into operation a continuous color plating line with a capacity of 45,000 tons/year (first DC) at Song Than 2 Industrial Park, Di An, Binh Duong.
- December 22, 2008: Established 3 subsidiaries specializing in steel production and trading.
- December 23, 2008: Established Dai Thien Loc Steel Production Complex in Song Than 3 Industrial Park, Binh Duong province with a land area of 105,285m2 (Investment certificate No. 46221000622 issued by Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee on December 23, 2008) Year In 2008, there was a financial crisis and global economic recession. The impact of the crisis lasted until the end of 2009. During this period, the company invested little, so the project implementation progress was slow compared to plan. In early 2010, when the economy gradually recovered, the company accelerated the project implementation progress.

- August 2010: Installed and put into operation a continuous hot-dip galvanizing line with a capacity of 60,000 tons/year (second DC).
- October 2010: Installation and operation of a defrosting line, capacity of 60,000 tons/year.
- November 2010 Installed and put into operation 04 steel pipe production lines with a total capacity of 30,000 tons/year.
- December 2011 Complete assembly and successful trial run of the lines: cleaning line, 12-axis cold-rolled steel sheet line.
- April 2012 Installation and operation of aluminum zinc alloy plating line No. 01
- December 2012 Complete assembly of 6-axis cold rolled steel sheet line.
- >December 2016: Started investing in a new project in 2017 with the assembly of 04 tube rolling lines (/ total 10 lines).
- December 2017: Cold rolling line 4 is about 60% assembled, almost all components and equipment of cold rolling line 5 have been imported, the basic construction is almost complete.
