Establishment History:
- Da Nang Construction Materials Cement Company, formerly known as Construction Materials Company No. 2, was established under Decision No. 503/BXDTCCB dated October 28, 1975 of the Ministry of Construction.
- In 1979 the company was renamed and established Quang Da Brick and Tile Factory under the Ministry of Construction according to Decision No. 417/BXDTCCB dated April 7, 1979 of the Ministry of Construction.
- In 1981, the Ministry of Construction changed its name: Brick and Tile Enterprise of the Central Region - Central Region and named it: Brick and Tile Enterprise No. 2 under the Ministry of Construction. Established under Decision No. 82/BXDTCCB dated January 21, 1981.
- In 1984, the name was changed to: Construction Materials Supply and Production Complex Enterprise, referred to as Construction Materials Complex No. 2 - Under the Ministry of Construction, established under Decision No. 1470/BXDTCCB dated October 30, 1984 of the Ministry of Construction.
- In 1990, Construction Materials Enterprise No. 2 was transferred under the Vietnam Union of Cement Enterprises. According to Decision No. 871/BXDTCLD dated December 10, 1990.
- In 1993: The Ministry of Construction decided to re-establish the enterprise: Construction Materials Complex No. 2 under the Union of Cement Enterprises - Ministry of Construction. According to Decision No. 020A/BXDTCLD dated February 12, 1993.
- In September 1993, the Ministry of Construction changed its name to Da Nang Cement - Construction Materials Company under the Union of Vietnam Cement Enterprises according to Decision No. 446/BXDTCLD dated September 30, 1993.
- In July 1996, the Company's official name was added as Da Nang Construction Materials Cement Company under Vietnam Cement Corporation according to Decision No. 662/BXDTCLD dated July 29, 1996.
- The company officially operates under the joint stock company model from June 1, 2007 under business registration license No. 3203001458 issued by the Danang Department of Planning and Investment on June 1, 2007.
- On January 24, 2008, the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange issued Decision No. 16/QD - SGDHCM approving the registration to list shares of Da Nang Cement Construction Materials Joint Stock Company on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange. Stock code: DXV, Number of listed shares is 9,900,000 shares with a total value of 99,000,000,000 VND.
