Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- VNEC012 Electrical Construction Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Investment and Construction Company 3.12, belongs to Electrical Construction Company 3 (Now Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation).
- On June 13, 2005, the Ministry of Industry issued Decision No. 2006/QD-TCCB converting 3.12 Investment and Construction Company into 3.12 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company.
- On August 1, 2005, the Company was granted the first business registration certificate by the Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Binh Province with an initial charter capital of 4,000,000,000 VND.
- In June 2007, the Company issued private shares to existing shareholders (84 shareholders) to increase capital to 12,000,000,000 VND.
- In 2007, based on the number of shareholders and company charter capital, Vneco12 Electrical Construction Joint Stock Company registered as a public company at the State Securities Commission.
- On July 9, 2019, the Company received Securities Registration Certificate No. 30/2019/GCNCP-VSD from the Vietnam Securities Depository.
