Establishment History and development:
- Construction and Engineering Investment Joint Stock Company 29, formerly known as Regiment 29 - Division 327 - Left Bank Military Region (now Military Region 3) was established on October 28, 1976.
- In April 1989, Regiment 29 was transformed into Transport Supply Enterprise 29, initially doing business in transporting and loading and unloading goods, then switched to basic construction business and changed its name to Enterprise 29. Enterprise 29 - Construction Company 319/ Ministry of National Defense is an enterprise. The state was re-established under Decision No. 564/QD-BQP dated April 22, 1996 of the Ministry of National Defense.
- In 2011, implemented according to Decision No. 3037/QD-BQP dated August 23, 2011 of the Minister of National Defense on the establishment of Corporation 319 of the Ministry of National Defense on the basis of reorganization of 319 Single-Member LLC. Date March 29, 2012 The Ministry of National Defense issued Decision No. 960/QD-BQP on converting Enterprise 29 of Corporation 319 of the Ministry of National Defense into Limited Company 29.
- Implement Decision No. 5052/QD-BQP of the Ministry of National Defense dated November 25, 2015 on equitization of One Member LLC 29 under Corporation 319 of the Ministry of National Defense; Decision No. 3289/QD-BQP dated August 14, 2017 of the Ministry of National Defense on Approving the plan and converting One Member Limited Liability Company 29 under Corporation 319 into a joint stock company. On March 6, 2018, the Company officially transformed into a State-owned joint stock company holding 51% of charter capital.
- On December 17, 2018, Construction and Engineering Investment Joint Stock Company 29 was approved by the State Securities Commission (SSC) for the party's registration documents as a public company according to Official Letter No. 8239/UBCK-GSĐC of the State Securities Commission.
- On August 15, 2019, the Company was granted Securities Registration Certificate No. 35/2019/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD), with a total number of registered shares of 5,000,000 shares.
