Formation history:
- In 1993, officially established as the Hanoi Branch of Viko Moolsan Co., Ltd. with headquarters in Bien Hoa Industrial Park - Dong Nai.
- In 2003, the Hanoi branch was separated into Viko Glowin Hanoi Co., Ltd.
- In 2006, the Company changed its name to Everpia Vietnam Company Limited.
- In April 2007, the Company changed its type of operation to a joint stock company and changed its name to Everpia Vietnam Joint Stock Company. Listed on HOSE (Code EVE)
- In 2008, the Company received a license to produce and trade cotton products for bedding under the brand name "DACRON" of Invista company.

- In 2014, the Company received an exclusive business license for Australian standard spring mattress products under the Style Master brand in 03 countries: Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.
- 2015: Changed name to Everpia Joint Stock Company, established a subsidiary in Germany, launched the Style Master spring mattress brand. Replace the Eledin brand with the new product line Everon lite
