Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- Pho Yen Mechanical Joint Stock Company (FOMECO) was established on October 19, 1974 according to Establishment Decision No. 283/QD/TCNSĐT of the Minister of Heavy Industry.
- Year 1974: The company was established on October 19, 1974 according to the Decision of the Ministry of Heavy Industry with the name "Bearing Factory"
- 1996: On January 6, 1996, the factory was renamed "Pho Yen Mechanical Factory" under the Dynamics and Agricultural Machinery Corporation (VEAM) - Ministry of Industry
- Year 2002: In April 2002, the factory was renamed "Pho Yen Mechanical Company"
- Year 2003: On December 12, 2003, the Company changed its name to "Pho Yen Mechanical Joint Stock Company" according to Decision No. 215/2003/QD-BCN of the Minister of Industry (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade). Pharmaceutical Company Department of Planning and Investment of Thai Nguyen province issued the first Business Registration Certificate No. 1703000098 on May 7, 2004, with an initial charter capital of 5,467,000,000 VND. To date, the company's charter capital is 37,000,000,000 VND.
- On August 31, 2017, the Vietnam Securities Depository issued Securities Registration Certificate No. 170/2017/GCNCP-VSD to Pho Yen Mechanical Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the number of registered securities is 3,700,000 shares (Stock code: FBC)
