- FECON was established as a Joint Stock Company under Business Registration Certificate No. 0103004661 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on June 18, 2004 with an initial charter capital of 05 billion VND. From a group of engineers and experts specialized in handling and constructing construction foundations, with enthusiasm for their profession, with creative dynamism and combined with a team of skilled workers, a synchronous equipment system with modern technology, up to now FECON Foundation and Underground Engineering Joint Stock Company has achieved many significant achievements.
- After seven changes, the Company's current charter capital is 138 billion VND.
- In 2006, the company accessed a series of projects from remote industrial parks: Que Vo - Bac Ninh, Nomura - Hai Phong, Nguyen Duc Canh - Thai Binh, Tan Truong - Hai Duong, Dong Vang - Bac Giang... At the same time, FECON began to receive projects from foreign investors, mainly Japanese. The number of projects increases exponentially, revenue increases exponentially, next year it will be 2.5 times higher than the previous year.

Established in February 2010. The Institute of Foundations and Underground Constructions is the first research institute in a construction enterprise in Vietnam. The Institute's mission is to carry out survey, experiment, foundation design activities and promote research activities and application of the most advanced technologies in the field of foundations, underground works and infrastructure development with a technological orientation for the rapid and sustainable development of the FECON system.
On June 27, 2012, the International Tunnel and Underground Space Construction Association (ITA-AITES) officially signed a document recognizing FECON Foundation Engineering and Underground Construction Joint Stock Company as a business member of ITA-AITES in Vietnam.

Change the company name to “FECON Joint Stock Company”
On May 6, 2015, FECON officially changed its name, from "FECON Foundation Engineering and Underground Construction Joint Stock Company" to "FECON Joint Stock Company" (FECON Corporation) to create compatibility with the Company's long-term development goals in both business fields, enterprise scale and international cooperation.

- Construction of technical infrastructure of industrial parks and urban areas;
