Establishment History:
- F.I.T Investment Joint Stock Company is a company operating in the field of investment and investment consulting. Established on March 8, 2007, F.I.T is a young, dynamic and growing company. With the initial slogan of "Get rich steadily", F.I.T's board of directors has followed its principles, resulting in F.I.T firmly steering it through the 2008 global economic recession, affirming its position in the consulting service industry, developing a team of professional experts and bringing high growth in business value compared to initial capital.
- After 5 years of development, F.I.T has increased its charter capital from 35 billion VND to 150 billion VND. As of December 31, 2012, F.I.T's total assets reached 1,866 billion VND; Equity reached 159 billion VND. The total number of organizational and individual customers who have partnerships with FIT reaches more than 1,600 customers. The Company also plans to list on the Vietnam stock exchange in the near future with the stock code FIT.
- After nearly 7 years of development, F.I.T has increased its charter capital from 35 billion VND to 157.5 billion VND. The Company's shares were officially listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange on July 26, 2013. As of December 31, 2013, F.I.T's total assets reached 232.3 billion VND; Equity reached 193.5 billion VND. The total number of organizational and individual customers who have partnerships with FIT reached more than 1,600 customers.
