Vietnam Seafood Shipbuilding Mechanical Joint Stock Company (FISHIPCO), formerly a State-owned enterprise, a member of Vietnam Seafood Corporation, has converted to a Joint Stock Company model according to Decision No. 613/QD-BTS dated August 11, 2006. of the Ministry of Fisheries and officially switched to operating under the Joint Stock Company model from January 1, 2007.
The company was granted Business Registration Certificate No. 0200140967 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Phong City for the first time on December 11, 2006 and changed for the 6th time on May 5, 2015.
The company was registered as a public company in November 2007.
