Timeline of Establishment & Development

Established in 2002 in Thai Binh province, the Company specializes in manufacturing and trading cotton yarn products.
In 2006, formerly Dai Cuong Thai Binh Textile Co., Ltd., was established on October 30, 2006.
In 2007, the Company was approved to implement the Investment Project to build Dai Cuong Thai Binh spinning factory.
Year 2008 - 2011: In 2007, the Company changed the capital contribution structure of founding shareholders and increased charter capital to 80 billion VND in the form of capital contribution in cash.
Year 2012: On February 22, 2012, the Company changed the capital contribution structure of founding shareholders and increased charter capital to 80 billion VND in the form of capital contribution in cash.
2013: The company changed to Duc Quan Investment and Development Joint Stock Company on November 27, 2013. On December 24, 2013, the Company established a Branch in Ho Chi Minh City.
Year 2015: In 2015, the Company conducted two capital increases. On September 16, 2015, the Company increased its capital by 280 billion VND to 430 billion VND through capital contribution with assets of Dai Cuong Group Joint Stock Company. On December 31, 2015, the Company increased its capital to 500 billion VND through capital contributions in cash worth 28.8 billion VND and assets worth 41.2 billion VND.
Year 2016: On June 30, 2016, the Company conducted the General Meeting of Shareholders through registering to list shares on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange and related procedures.
On February 6, 2017, first transaction on HOSE with reference price of 18,000 VND/share.

The process of increasing charter capital

First time: September 16, 2015, Charter capital increased by 280,000 (million VND) to 430,000 (million VND), through a private placement to Dai Cuong Group Joint Stock Company.
2nd time: December 31, 2015, Charter capital increased by 70,000 (million VND) to 500,000 (million VND), through a private placement to Dai Cuong Group Joint Stock Company.
